Braydon is an ISSA certified personal trainer and fitness instructor specializing in lifestyle optimization. He believes that accountability, discipline, and focused effort are the keys to living a healthy life! The only thing you can have complete control over is your mindset and attitude, if these are in the right place for growth, the rest will follow. Braydon Graduated Montana State University with B.S. Mechanical Engineering. While at MSU he coached over 100 students in fitness and built a technical foundation of fitness that he applies today. Braydon is also a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Air Force! He lives an active lifestyle and enjoys strength training, running, swimming, hunting, fishing, hiking, and skiing!
I aspire to be healthy and stay fit to live an adventurous and fulfilling life. Everything I love to do requires a certain level of physical fitness and I want my body to be able to handle any challenge I throw at it. My passion is encouraging people to be brave and venture beyond their comfort zone to pursue new endeavors. I firmly believe that it is crucial, particularly for mothers, to discover a sense of purpose and individuality apart from our families. Allocating time for our health and well-being is essential so that we can better care for those we love.
Prince is a football player at Rocky Mountain College, and also has played for much of his life previous to moving to Billings from Arizona. He plans to graduate with a BSc in Health Science and continue on to a graduate program to attain his OTD Doctorate of Occupational Therapy. He is also in the process of studying for and taking his personal training certification. Prince is a believer that with the right tools and guidance, anyone can do anything they put their mind to. He is here to push you doing your workout, congratulate you for new accomplishments and remind you that every workout is YOU vs YOU so there is no losing once you walk through the doors!!!
