We’re based in Billings, MT, but because everything is virtual, you can participate from anywhere. Group fitness is a great way to get extra accountability and make new friends.

Boot Camp

Various exercise styles to tone and gain strength

Boot camp is a trainer led group workout that has various styles of exercise. This class covers strength training and cardio endurance to shred the fat, tone and gain strength.

Boot Camp is available at:

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:00am
  • Saturdays at 7:00am
  • Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 9:00am

Strength Training


Here we really focus on specific muscle groups. With our 4-10s model you get 10 minutes to work 4 different stations which range from core training, cardio vascular (pick your level), upper body, lower body strength training, etc. This model will help you get toned, shred the fat, build confidence.

Strength Training is available at:

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays at 12:00pm
  • Monday through Thursday at 4:00pm and 6:00pm
